The internal amplifier is designed to dissipate heat with in the chassis of the HR155, so no outside cooling is required (i.e. it can be mounted into a rack with units above and below it).

The new HR155 is a compact rack mount monitor speaker. This unit is designed and manufactured to monitor sound from any stereo RCA line level output, or a single balanced XLR at line level. The chassis design gives the HR155 the ability to be mounted in very tight applications. It will work great in racks, or anywhere a small monitor speaker is required. The HR155 is built in an all metal chassis and weighs 1.25 pounds. Overall dimension are 7.5” X 3.125” X 1.75”. The HR155 has an included Rolls PS15 external power supply. The input section consists of 1 - RCA stereo input, 1 - XLR line level input. Along with a 3.5mm (1/8”) stereo line level input on the front of the unit, perfect for an ipod or laptop computer type input. The HR155 is a valuable tool for any sound reinforcement, recording, or install application that needs to monitor sound from a rack mounted unit.
