MBHO MBP 603 A Balanced Transformerless Microphone Preamp with Extended Capsule Attachment

The 603 microphone amplifier has a sophisticated electronic circuit which is composed of an audio frequency amplifier and a DC converter. The 603 can accommodate all different types of MBHO capsules. The usual transformer is replaced by a symmetrical output amplifier without loosing it's positive qualities. The benefits of transformer less technology are a particularly high dynamic range in the total transmission range, an exceptionally coloration-free sound, and a frequency independent harmonic precision without partials or artifacts.

This latest development in high-end engineering offers a symmetrical transmission; meaning a long distance between the preamp and the capsule is possible by connecting both units with long cables without losing sound quality. A high advantage is inconspicuous capsules are needed. For example in film and TV studios, theatre, concert taping or any applications requiring hanging microphones. The capsule will be mostly visible. This system is supplied standard with a 3m mini XLR cable. Customized lengths up to 20m are available. The 603 A can utilize all kinds of MBHO capsules.
