Dale Welcomes Studer's Vista 1 Production/Broadcast/Live Console!
The Studer name has been synonymous with quality and reliability in professional recording equipment since 1948. Studer has a worldwide reputation for digital technology, and is among the world's leaders in broadcast solutions, having established its name in the field of broadcast and live production with the Vista range..
The new Vista 1 is a transportable digital mixing console for broadcast, live and production use. For the first time with a Vista, all you need is contained within the console - the control surface, I/O system, DSP and power supplies.
This makes it the ideal choice when space is restricted, such as in OB and ENG vans, small venues, or for applications where the console needs to be moved with ease.
Thanks to the patented Vistonics™ user interface with 40 on-screen rotary knobs, its look and feel is identical to that of its larger and more sophisticated sisters. Anyone who has experience with the intuitive Vista surface will immediately be familiar with the Vista 1. Anyone new to Vista will be amazed at how simple it is to learn. It comes in either a 22-fader or 32-fader surface, with configurable I/O and connectivity to protocols such as AoIP (Axia Livewire™), MADI, AES/EBU, ADAT, TDIF, CobraNet®, Aviom A-Net®, Dolby® E/Digital, SDI, etc.
Dale is taking delivery of a Vista 1 console at its Jamaica headquarters, so contact us today to schedule a private demonstration.

Affordable Recording Quality Enters a "Golden Age"!
Golden Age Project is a Swedish-based company with one goal: offer the desired audio sounds of yesteryear with a price tag everyone can afford. Their Neve-inspired rackmount and 500 Series products have made waves in the audio world and are now available at Dale!
The Pre-73 MKII Mic/Line Preamp ($349) now offers a lower noise floor, and greater dynamic range. Other new features include an added rear-panel insert for EQ and dynamics processing. Pre-73 MKII provides a low cost alternative to microphone pre-amplification featuring a fully discrete signal path with separate transformers for the balanced mic input, the line input and the output.
For 500 Series users, the Pre-573 ($269) utilizes the same circuitry and technology. Both models work well with most sound sources and in most genres. Pre-73 MKII has a maximum gain of 80 dB on the mic input and the gain range of -20 to + 10 dB on the line input.
